Cool Culinaria – The Art of Dining Out
Food is rich. Food is rich in history, experiences, and art – I can keep going here. Think about it.. It’s not just the food, it’s the experience of eating, where you’re eating, how the food is presented, etc. It’s not just all these things and then some but the fact that all of these facets of “food” have been in existence for years … centuries! Even the most basic things that we may take for granted (food wise) like freshly fried McDonald’s french fries (don’t kid yourself, you know it’s amazing) are presented in a vastly different way than they were in the ’50s. The progression of food throughout the years is presented in different ways but the best way to showcase this social and cultural history is ART. Cool Culinaria provides foodies a glimpse to the past…in a slightly permanent way.
I learned about Cool Culinaria and perused their site and found some true vintage gems. So many to pick from I haven’t decided which print will have the honor of being hung in my office. They provide a true food and beverage mecca for those that want to celebrate the history of dining out. You’ll find everything from classic menus to witty diner signs all in print both for wall and person (yes, they have t-shirts, too!). It’s pretty cool – marinate yourself in that!
